--360 Winged Sprints will use the Warrior
       rules but no mufflers required.--
       all drivers must be at least 14 years of
       age. Proof of age may be required.

        signed at track.  Minor release forms must be
        new each year and are required for pit access for
        any person less than 18 years of age. )

The RACEceiver One-way Communication Device will be required in 2013 at L A Raceway.  Drivers will need to provide their own as the track will not supply or rent.  RACEceiver products will be used exclusively for Race Control to Driver communication.
